Don't Underestimate The Filipino People

The country Philippines is one of the top countries in the world at risk of climate-related disasters. it is known as a disaster-prone country because of its location. Philippines is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire where active volcanoes are found and along the Pacific Ocean particularly in Philippine West Basin where over 18 to 22 typhoons are formed every year. Philippines is certainly a disaster-prone country. Experiencing different natural disasters such as typhoons, sea level rise, flooding, and extreme temperature.

An archipelago of over 7,641 islands, the Philippines is the third most at risk country in the world in terms of climate-related natural disasters but although Philippines was noted as one the Filipinos are strong enough to face these challenges. They don't let these as a hindrance for them to continue living their lives. Filipinos have a unique understanding and the ability in coping up to these natural disasters. Their ability to resist, absorb, and cope from the different disturbances as well as a direct understanding of the risks that they face, the challenges they have to overcome. Natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis are some of the disasters that we cannot determine where and when will it occur.

But despite of these, Filipinos are always resilient in facing these different cruel challenges in life. Filipinos smile or should we say managed to smile even after these calamities. They still managed to laugh and some who still jokes around. Philippines is a disaster-prone country but it is also known for the resiliency of the Filipino people. Their ability in coping up in any situation at any time. Filipinos still manage to stand up even after a tragedy for they are positive that everything will eventually be okay and everything will eventually be put on their proper places. The desire to live a long and a happy life
