The Season of Christmas

The time for people to show their love and gratitude to someone. The time for sharing. The time to give. The time for gifts. The time where in Santa Claus appears. These are what we often hear when Christmas is talked about. The day when the saviour Jesus Christ was born. It is true that Christmas is all about love. The birth of Jesus, the one and only son of the Almighty God, depicts the unending love of our God to us human beings. It is the time for love though I believe that every day of our lives is a time for love. Even though it is not Christmas we can still show our love and we should show our love to someone near our heart. To the people around us, we should show our gratitude to them even in the simplest ways. The time for sharing, giving, the time for gifts. Santa Claus is one of the representations of Christmas aside from the Holy family. Santa Claus is someone who gives something, who shares something without expecting in return and hoping for an acknowledgement. Just l

The Future of The Present!

A gift from God to a man and a woman who loved each other. A treasure to a family who gives laughter, strength and also an inspiration to everyone. The hope of a nation and the future of the whole world. The next generation of the human race who will continue what had started and who will change the things that should be changed. Too young as what we thought but has a big role in the society. Children are the world's most valuable resources and the best hope for the future. Even though they are still young and we thought that it's as if they cannot do anything but little did we know that they contribute a lot in our daily life. For example, to a parent who is exhausted from work but once he or she saw his or her child's face, his or her tiredness will disappear and will gain his or her strength again. Another is that children give hopes, realizations, and they also become the inspiration to the one's who are at their downfall. They teached us what really life is all

A Need or A Want?

A simple environment, a simple life,  a simple way of living. But in today's world with so much advancements and developments, that simple way of living also changes as how these technologies arise. Technology was created to make our life much easier like how gadgets were made. Gadgets were invented to give people entertainment and also to make communication possible despite the distance between them. Nowadays gadgets are somewhat a necessity to every person. Cellphones are used to communicate to someone much easier especially when it is an emergency. In school, gadgets are still needed.  In making projects, doing an activity, accessing the internet and many more. Gadgets help us in a lot of ways but sometimes there are still it's bad effects. At the present time even the younger ones have or using a gadget. They were exposed into the internet where a lot of informations were not suitable for young viewers. When children are not properly guided in using a gadget, sometimes

The Beauty of Reading

Image
Reading has always been a source of knowledge, of happiness, of pleasure, and even moral courage. In today's world with so much advancements and developments, the importance of reading has increased for there are so much more to know and to learn. But back in the olden days, if reading wasn't acquired or taught it wasn't big deal for reading wasn't given an importance back then. Nowadays to be able to read is a must.  For people to live and survive in this world, we should know how to read. Reading is definitely a powerful key for us to have a better and successful  future ahead of us.  Reading broadens our knowledge and widens our vocabary.  It let us know things we cannot learn just by merely hearing it.  Also people often say that reading let them scape the harshness of the world and be able to forget it even just for a while.  Reading allows us to visit  different places without spending money but only by just sitting and relaxing at a particular place. It also

Time flies really so fast, the second quarter from my Grade 10 journey has again ended and two more quarters before I will complete my Grade 10 year. I learned more than enough this quarter. We talked all about internet, on how we access the internet and also one of the things that I enjoyed doing was creating an HTML file. It was fun but also challenging. We had learned the different types of internet access and a lot more about html. The challenges that I faced during the second quarter are, again, doing all the articles needed to be submitted. But anyway that was part of being a student, many activities and quizzes to be done. Moving on, I would like to appreciate what I learned from this Quarter and use these again on our own goodness. Also I want to thank my teacher for teaching us that made us do things independently. Thank you because, I know that in the near future we will apply these things. The second quarter is already done and hoping there are things to come

"A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind, and touches a heart". Teachers always have a significant role in everyone's life, in everyone's future and in everyone's dream. They ate one of the reason why we have professionals, why we have a successful person and why we are able to achieve our dreams. Teaching needs a lot of effort, a very long patience, a stronh determination and. A big heart. Teaching wasn't easy, being a teacher is a hard job. They have a lot of responsibilities weighing on their shoulders, duties they have to fullfil and things they have to sacrifice. But despite all of these they still choose to teach, to mold one's future and build one's dream. Children often complain that their teachers were strict, they give many assignments, activities and even quizzes. But little did we know rhey have a better plan, even bigger than what we think of. Every teacher have their own ways in teaching, different tactics on how to mold a better perso

From the things we used at work to the things we have at home. Everything changed as the day passed by and as science and technology arised. The things we used to see had evolved. Many things where developed for the better. Every year at the month of September, we celebrate the Science Month. This year, the theme is all about "WAVEFRONT: Accentuating Potentials Activating Technological Advancements". Throughout The First Quarter

As a student, we learn many new things, different learnings, and a lot of informations we once never knew and encountered. Learning was fun but also challenging for we may encounter problems we have to face and solve, an obstacle we have to get through. Throughout the first quarter I have gained a lot of informations and knowledges that I can use in my life. I have learned how the internet works and how it became so important and useful this is to us nowadays. Internet allows us to communicate with others throughout the world. Most importantly internet provides variety of informations that we might need and want. An Open Letter for President Rodrigo Duterte

Dear Mr. President, 2 years had already passed since you became the President of the Philippines yet I still want to congratulate you, even if it's long overdue, for winning the seat of presidency and capturing the hearts of the Filipino people. It feels like it is only yesterday when that happens but time flies really so fast without us realizing it. Being a president of a country must be really burdensome and stressful, issues and problems waiting for your actions, and a lot of people waiting and watching you  closely to see for your mistakes. You are known to be the person who will bring peace and order in the country and not only that but a total change towards the country of the Philippines. You are also known and loved for your down to earth attitude and having the desire to lead, which prompted millions of Filipinos to vote you as the president but despite of these good traits of yours some of your dark traits are surfacing that makes some of the people to hate you, such

The Price of The Filipino's Hardships

120 years had passed since the day when Philippines independence was proclaimed and also 120 years had passed back when the Filipinos are now free from pain, hardships, sacrificing, and maltreatment in the hands of the inhuman and ruthless Spaniards. This is the day where we commemorate the past, the cruel experience and also the bravery showed for our country just to attain the freedom that was taken from us for a very long time, the freedom we are now experiencing. June 12, 1898 was the day where Emilio Aguinaldo declared the country's independence, the birth of the country Philippines with the right to be free not to be controlled by others. The journey to our freedom was a long and a hard one. Hard-earned by our countrymen and paid for with blood, sweat, and with their utmost act of selfless sacrifices. Even though we didn't  saw with our own eyes the suffering and lives that they offered, we should give importance and respect to what they have done. Respecting our fell
